CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Please understand that when you forget your appointment without giving notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on my waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. Since the appointment time is reserved for you personally, I miss out as well.

50% is due
Sorry you missed your appointment...as a favor, I will only charge you half to reserve your next appointment.
THIRD TIME
100% is due
I missed you, but I have been waiting... I will require you to pay for your appointment in full at the time of booking.
My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a NO SHOW fee will apply.
Confirmations are a courtesy. Understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the NO SHOW fee.

A NO SHOW FEE IS A NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE, DUE WHEN MAKING YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. SHOULD YOU CANCEL LAST MINUTE OR NOT SHOW, YOU WILL LOSE THIS FEE. THIS FEE CAN BE USED TOWARDS YOUR VISIT AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
